About the Role
As a Scrum Master, you will support our agile development teams in delivering high-quality financial technology solutions. You will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, promote agile best practices, and help remove impediments to ensure smooth collaboration and productivity. This position is perfect for a student looking to enhance their knowledge of agile methodologies while developing leadership and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Support the development team by removing blockers and promoting agile best practices.
Track sprint progress and ensure timely delivery of goals.
Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to ensure clear communication of priorities and objectives.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
Maintain Scrum artifacts, such as the product backlog, sprint backlog, and burn-down charts.
Qualifications
Some experience or coursework in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) or project management.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (German is a plus).
Ability to foster collaboration and resolve conflicts within a team.
Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program (e.g., Business Administration, Project Management, Computer Science).
