About the Role
As a DevOps, CI/CD Engineer, you will play a crucial role in automating and optimizing our software development processes. You will work with our development teams to ensure smooth integration, delivery, and deployment of our cloud-based solutions. This is a perfect role for a student passionate about DevOps tools and practices who wants to grow in a real-world environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines for development and deployment.
Work with containerization tools like Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes.
Monitor and optimize cloud infrastructure for scalability and performance.
Collaborate with developers to integrate automated testing and deployment into the workflow.
Troubleshoot build and deployment issues to ensure smooth delivery processes.
Stay up-to-date with the latest DevOps tools and practices.
Qualifications
Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, GitHub Actions) through coursework or personal projects.
Basic knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform is a plus.
Some experience or coursework with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools like Grafana and Prometheus.
Understanding of version control systems (e.g., Git).
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program (e.g., Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering).
